"So I'm on vacation and driving my wife's car. I noticed that the rear shocks have blown out on the car. I called around to several auto repair stores. Let's just say the customer service level was not the same as when I reached Jamie at Sevierville Tire and Auto Center. She quickly advised me how quickly she could get me in, what the current wait time was for the repair to begin, how long the repair would take, and an estimated cost. I mean really aren't those the four questions everyone wants to know? I advised her I would be there in 20 minutes. When I arrived, Jamie greeted me and advised me that she already ordered the shocks and it had been delivered. I couldn't have been any happier unless she handed me my favorite drink from Starbucks. The waiting room had comfortable leather chairs and a couch to relax and watch one of two TV's. I wish they were in Tallahassee because I would be back. If you are traveling then rest assured you are in good hands."

"When it comes to travelling places and you are not familiar with the businesses in the area, you risk a lot when choosing a place to fix something in your car. We woke up with a flat tire and we were in a hurry to go back to Florida. They took our car in right away and checked the tire thoroughly to find out what is wrong. They did everything necessary and found out that tire did not need patching. They pumped it up and wished us a safe trip. Can't be happier with the service. So if you're in town and you need tire service, I strongly recommend these guys."
