"Great experience! Took my 2011 Subaru in today for a Oil change and 4 wheel disc brake service. Those and certain other standard services are taken on a first come first serve basis, diagnosis and mechanical repairs are appointment only(which is completely reasonable considering many other shops in the area are booked solid for months for all services). The staff was all friendly and knowledgeable, as well as attentively accommodating of my special request to switch to a preferred weight of oil over OEM recommendation. Prices for all basic services are clear, fair, and competitive. Even though they seemed to be moderately busy when arrived, they were able to get started on my vehicle nearly right away. The technician was considerate and honest when noticing that my brake pads still had plenty more life on them than I thought, from looking at them from a limited angle while still assembled. They even happily rebalanced my front two wheels after i voiced a last minute concern that i may have lost some weights due to high humidity after mounting new tires a few days prior. They had me in and out in less than 45 minutes and were able to schedule me an appointment for the more in depth work I need done, over a month earlier than previously quoted by other shops in the area."

"I had a new set of tires on my pickup and blew one on hwy 81 after I got to Gatlinburg I called around and they were there for me the manager ordered me a tire to match mine from Knoxville and I had it put on the next morning absolutely the best experience I've ever had and a tire store."

"First time using them, had 4 new tires put on. They were very friendly, professional and super fast! Was out of there in no time, not a scratch on my rims. Definitely recommend, will use them again."
