"We had a warranty on our tire back home so they but a used tire to get us home for a very fair price. Then shipped us our tire lock we forgot without charging us. Definitely recommend!"

"I had a minor vechile issue that we thought was more serious than it was. Called around and Sevierville Tire and Automotive was very helpful over the phone. Took my vechile there and was greeted with a friendly voice and an attentive desk receptionist. Rick was our technician, He was excellent in describing our problem and ensuring me that my travel home was safe. Due to time restrictions I couldn't let them do any repairs. Very helpful, friendly and professional in their business. Thank you."

"Excellent service ... Completely rebuilt my brake system ... Before they touched it was like a nightmare under there , now I can teach the 15 year old how to drive ... Also got tires here they really do work fast"
