"We were on vacation in the smokies and started hearing a weird sound while driving. We had an 8 hour drive back so we wanted to get it looked at. We asked Justin at Westgate for a recommendation for a reputable service station. He recommended Sevierville Tire and Automotive . We called them and told of our situation. They said to bring it in and they'd take a look. Turns out it was our brake pads but they told us we'd be able to get back home and then get them changed. We so appreciated their honesty and integrity. It's always a bit scary going someplace you don't know. But we would highly recommend them and certainly use them again if we had issues. Plus, everyone there was super kind and friendly."

"Highly recommended!! The day before checkout and a 700 mile trip brakes start grinding. Call in the morning( bonus= they open at 7:30 am) explain what’s going on and bring the car in. It’s in the garage in 10 minutes, diagnosed shortly after. Parts ordered and new rear rotors and new front and rear pads installed within an hour. Quality work, polite, knowledgeable, fair pricing."
