"Unfortunately I needed a tire patched on vacation. Went to another tire shop and they said it would be at least a 2 hour wait. So I came here and they immediately took my keys pulled my suv in and repaired tire in less than 15 minutes. Very pleased."

. Prior to this experience I went to pigeon forge tires when I had an awful disgusting disappointing racist prejudicial nasty experience. Sevierville tire was clean and they knew what they were doing. I'm sure whenever your problem is this service will accommodate you"

"My wife's care died on Jay El Rd., and we had it towed over at night, after hours. Spoke them next morning, and they said all they can do is try to work us in, and that they should at least be able to diagnose before end of day. We thought it was the alternator, but turned out to be belt and pulley. They had it done by noon. Also did a break job and oil change at my request. Not cheap but within reason. Getting the car back so quick is worth a lot. Thank you!!!!"
