"Highly recommended!! The day before checkout and a 700 mile trip brakes start grinding. Call in the morning( bonus= they open at 7:30 am) explain what’s going on and bring the car in. It’s in the garage in 10 minutes, diagnosed shortly after. Parts ordered and new rear rotors and new front and rear pads installed within an hour. Quality work, polite, knowledgeable, fair pricing."

Honest and Friendly Service

"After having new tires installed on my truck before vacation, started having a noise while on the road. When we got to Pigeon Forge I went to Servierville Tire and Automotive. They checked out my truck to make sure it wasn’t something mechanical. After 3 road test some tire re balancing and rotation. They figured out I got some bad tires and would have to take them back to the original shop for exchange. Went to pay after all the diagnostics and they said I’m good to go, no charge! How awesome is that. Great people still exist. How warming. So I had BBQ lunch delivered to the whole team to just day thanks. Please try them if you’re in need. "
