Prior to this experience I went to pigeon forge tires when I had an awful disgusting disappointing racist prejudicial nasty experience. Sevierville tire was clean and they knew what they were doing. "My wife's care died on Jay El Rd., and we had it towed over at night, after hours. Spoke them next morning, and they said all they can do is try to work us in, and that they should at least be able to diagnose before end of day. We thought it was the alternator, but turned out to be belt and pulley. They had it done by noon. Also did a break job and oil change at my request. Not cheap but within reason. Getting the car back so quick is worth a lot. Thank you!!!!"

"Been using Sevierville Tire for about a year and a half now. Ive had great service. Needed brakes on my truck and they saved me from another shop saying I needed front and back when I only needed the front done! My master cylinder just went bad after 10 months and they replaced it under warranty. No charge. Thank you Randy. Bought a set of Continental TruContact 54s for my wife's Honda CRV and they have been great. Thank you Brenda and Randy. Highly recommend taking your vehicle to them. "
